Founded by Jeff Manchester in 2016 and named with the first initials of his three children, LME Ventures has its roots in the payments space where Jeff spent over two decades on both the card issuing side at GE & network side at Mastercard.

LME Ventures is an independent consulting entity serving retailers, non-profits, banks and technology companies, helping to improve operating efficiency and drive sales through an extensive global network.
Jeff started his career in payments space on GE’s prestigious Management Development Program. By 2001, he was responsible for strategic direction and leadership of the global migration from private label card issuance to the issuance of general purpose bankcards in GE Capital's 37 markets. He's negotiated deals with all of the major networks from Mastercard, Visa, Discover & American Express as well as launched dozens of co-branded deals with global retailers, as well as sports & entertainment affinities.
In 2012, Jeff was recruited to be Executive Vice President & General Manager, Account Management for some of Mastercard's largest customers. He doubled Mastercard's share with the bank’s proprietary branded products as well as with conversions of co-branded programs. Plus, he leveraged Mastercard’s technology and services to launch cutting edge new products, including EMV chip cards, Apple Pay and Person to Person Payments (P2P).​
